Revitus Real Estate Investment Trust (“Revitus REIT”) is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe, in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Act and listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. Revitus REIT was registered in November 2022 and commenced its operations in January 2024.

Notice is hereby given that the REIT has declared a dividend of USD 292 335 (being 0.07937 United States cents per unit) in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2024.
