REDESIGN | RENOVATE | REGENERATE
The REVITUS Real Estate Investment Fund (“REVITUS REIT” of “Fund”) is pooled property investment vehicle that has been established under the auspices of the National Railways of Zimbabwe Contributory Pension Fund through seeding of five (5) commercial properties as the initial assets of the Fund. The REVITUS REIT is licensed and registered as a collective investment scheme by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe, under the Collective Investment Schemes Act [Chapter 24:29].
Fund has been set-up to strategically acquire” distressed” commercial properties in urban areas and repurpose them into modern green buildings with enhanced economics – higher rental yields and market values. The Fund will grow in the coming years through strategic acquisition and enhancement of additional property assets. This will result in higher rental income earning capacity and improved valuations of the properties held by the fund. Ultimately, the investors will enjoy growing dividend income and potential capital appreciation.
