In terms of section 39 (1) of Statutory Instrument 134 of 2019, issuers listed on the Zimbabwe Stock
Exchange (ZSE) are required to publish their financial results not more than three months after the
end of their financial year. The Revitus Reit was listed on the ZSE on 18 December 2023 and traded
for less than two weeks in 2023.
